Even if Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had talked about such issues and made promises during his visit to Tehran two weeks ago, Iranian officials should not have allowed him to enter into this issue, and even now they should not be satisfied with the promises of the Russians. The Iranian people believe that it is enough to wait for their neighbors and remain without dinner. We have tried Russia many times during this four-and-a-half-decade period of the Islamic Republic's existence, but it has always failed.
