Mousa Ghodnfarabadi, regarding claims that some people say they might withdraw their money from the bank because of the cash fines, including the 3 million toman fine mentioned by one of the representatives, stated: "If someone wants to withdraw money because of the 3 million, then that's it! It is better to comply with the law."
