The General Department of Environmental Protection of Gilan Province announced the identification of a leopard collar with its cub. The rangers of this department were able to record pictures of this leopard and its cub in the no-hunting area of Eshkorat

Hamzeh Ashouri, Director General of Environmental Protection of Gilan Province, considered the increase in the sighting of species such as leopards, bears, homas and other animals in this area as a sign of "the companionship and empathy of local people and communities and the valuable efforts of environmentalists."
