This year, the Health and Treatment Commission of the Parliament was involved in the death of 50 dialysis patients due to the use of low-quality medicine, which was later said to be contaminated with aluminum, and by holding a meeting with the relevant officials, this issue was investigated and it was determined that one of the companies There has been a fault in this regard, and the head of the said company announced that we did not have supervision over the raw materials of the medicine and the raw materials were contaminated with aluminum. 

So far 70 people have lost their lives. 

More than 3 months have passed since the investigation of this issue in the commission, and the judicial system should have taken serious measures, but unfortunately, based on what we heard, we learned that the same company has been asked again to produce the drug.
