Some Iranian media have reported that the son of Ali Nikzad, the second vice president of the Iranian parliament, was the driver of this vehicle.

The traffic police have not yet released details about this incident. According to Fars, "The son of a member of parliament ran over a traffic officer in the special lane of Vanak Square on Sunday afternoon and dragged him several meters."

Some Iranian media have reported that the son of Ali Nikzad, the second deputy speaker of the Iranian parliament, was the driver of this vehicle, although neither the police have confirmed this nor Mr. Nikzad has reacted to it.
