Commander of the Fourth Base of the Tehran Criminal Investigations Police: Following complaints by citizens in eastern Tehran about fraud by forging bank receipts, detectives identified and arrested the defendants.
The defendants, who were men and women, used special software to forge bank receipts by identifying customers' expensive goods such as mobile phones, gaming devices, and televisions.
They showed fake receipts and announced that the money would be deposited into their account within the next few hours, but no money was deposited.
