The complex was more than 5 years old from insecure buildings in Mashhad, registered in the comprehensive management and development system of the provinces of the country (Montaid) and had been warned several times.
The roof of the building is now cracking and it is possible to collapse, so the fire forces have been transferred out of the building and the destruction of the complex must be issued.
