Due to the determination of the negligence of some officials according to the initial classification (announced in Announcement No. 1), the process of summoning, investigating, and detaining the defendants has begun, and so far, a government manager and a manager from the private sector have been arrested with an appropriate legal warrant.

Determining the definitive cause of the accident requires additional expert investigations and precise technical and laboratory measures.
