مشکل میدانید کجاست؟ در پرونده‌های با حساسیت کمتر یا مواردی که دادسرای ویژه روحانیت پرونده اشخاص را به لحاظ تبعات ملی یا بین المللی آن نمیخواهد بپذیرد، سریعاً قرار واگذاری صادر و به دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب یا حتی نظامی ارجاع میکند.

However, the accused individual's case you mentioned, apparently, even though he has seemingly set aside the clerical attire, it is deemed appropriate for it to be handled in that prosecutor's office.  

It is obvious that proceedings in the prosecutor's office and even in the Special Clerical Court are practically confidential, and the outcome is also clear, because if that prosecutor's office considered the accusation valid, he would not be serving as CEO now.
