In cases with lower sensitivity or instances in which the Special Clerical Court does not wish to accept the cases of individuals due to their national or international consequences, an order for transfer is promptly issued and the case is referred to the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office or even the Military Prosecutor's Office.

They are also obliged to handle the case and do not have the right to object or dispute this order.

It is obvious that proceedings in the prosecutor's office and even in the Special Clerical Court are practically confidential, and the outcome is also clear, because if that prosecutor's office considered the accusation valid, he would not be serving as CEO now.
