During different presidential administrations, Mohammad Golpayegani, the head of Ayatollah Khamenei's office, would bid farewell to presidents on their foreign trips, while Ali Akbar Velayati would formally welcome them upon their return.

This practice has largely changed since the presidency of Ebrahim Raisi, with the responsibility mostly falling to Ali Akbar Velayati.

Today, however, the situation became more interesting and meaningful as Mohsen Qomi, Deputy of Ayatollah Khamenei's office, was the one to bid farewell to Ebrahim Raisi.

Is the office of Ayatollah Khamenei currently busy, and have the responsible members not paid attention to this official program? Could this change in behavior indicate a different message?
