Iran does not have nuclear weapons now. Nuclear weapons are not part of Iran's military doctrine.

Foreign Minister in an interview with Al Jazeera:

Iran does not have nuclear weapons now. Nuclear weapons are not part of Iran's military doctrine. Our security is ensured by other means, and nuclear weapons are our haram.

There is an explicit fatwa of the Supreme Leader in this regard that the production, storage, and use of all weapons of mass destruction, including nuclear weapons, is forbidden, and you understand the meaning of haram very well.

Whether we have the capability to build a nuclear weapon, yes, there is, and it has been mentioned before. But do we have the will to build nuclear weapons, no, there was no such will, and there is no such will now, and we do not have such an intention.
