This legal action involves becoming a media person, of course, but it is also a bit strange for me to be a simple legal reader!

When the details of the suspect are available at the Yousefabad police station according to this complaint, shouldn't the police station, as a bailiff, report the incident to the competent prosecutor or the local judicial district?

In this case, there is an accusation case in which the plaintiff (the University of Tehran, signed by the legal director of the university, who must have permission from the president of the university) will be investigated together with the existing charge file of the police station.

Now, a complaint has been independently registered with the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Tehran that the referral prosecutor must inquire from the local police station to attach the records and then refer it to the prosecutor or investigator, or after referring the relevant judicial authority, he must first inquire and then enter into the substance

That is, simple and everyday judicial formalities

Indeed, how can an issue of this importance, which has an informational dimension, a law enforcement dimension, and then a judicial dimension, be maneuvered at the superficial, theatrical, and media levels?

Actions to this extent, which are related to the security of the country, are pursued by the intelligence and judicial apparatus, or at a lower level by the Intelligence Police, and by the report of the University of Tehran's security, not by the local police station, and by preparing a legal complaint and immediately making that complaint public, except for the public diversion from the path of the correct investigation, which was carried out under the guidance of the senior intelligence officer, in which case all my explanations are ruled out.
