The matter is very, very simple:

A: If his actions constitute the dissemination of falsehoods, or if his deeds insult the dignity of the clergy, which is considered a crime for clerics, the Special Deputy or the General Directorate of Intelligence of Qom Province or the prosecutor should file a complaint against him with the relevant Special Prosecutor for the Clergy.

B: If it is not deemed appropriate to take action, the Public Relations Department of the Leader's Office, or even Mr. Seyyed Masoud Khamenei at the Institute for the Publication of Works, could deny these statements in two lines.
