What is the meaning of not referring to being a soldier of the present Leader?

Of course, if a person has been sentenced to death, they are effectively convicted, not accused.

Apparently, Dr. Hossein Samsami, as a member of the Islamic Consultative Assembly and a citizen, has submitted an official report about a person or a case to the Tehran Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office, specifically to District 32 Prosecutor's Office, and it is different from a criminal complaint.  

And of course, I do not know the details; I have no information!!!  

But even this much, as I wrote for them in a note, is commendable.
