It is strange that the new Leader or his office does not announce whether the officials and the head of the office of the second Leader remain in their positions or whether new officials have been appointed. Is this also confidential?

Additionally, isn't the official information website of the Supreme Leader, leader.ir, and its gray-tick accounts, Khamenei's? Why has a distinction been made between the second and third Supreme Leaders, and why have they not yet been transferred to the third Supreme Leader?
