It should be pointed out to the Member of the Islamic Consultative Assembly that intelligence negotiations have always existed with all countries across all eras, and they pertain to the Ministry of Intelligence, not the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Once any negotiation reaches its final stages and is deemed appropriate, it is transferred from the intelligence sphere to the political sphere.

Therefore, even under wartime conditions, neither the Islamic Republic will confirm its secret intelligence negotiators, nor will the United States disclose them, and even Israel will not say anything.

And certainly, as I have written many times in various notes, that person is not Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf; fundamentally, any potential negotiations are strictly intelligence-based and are not at the level of the Speaker of the Legislature.
