In the name of God, the ruler, the just witness

Recently, in the mass media and some websites, a quote was made by Mr. Ali Larijani, the former Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, in connection with the events of 2009, which reminded me of an enlightening memory of that period, which I hope will be of help to those who have sought the truth and have been and are striving to discover the truth, and who have invested their eyes, ears and intellect in the hands of widespread propaganda and The extremist current ruling the country, which was itself the real cause of the so-called 2009 sedition, has not been handed over.

 In the first days of the unfortunate events of 2009, I, along with three of the country's highest-ranking judges, served Ayatollah Hashemi Rafsanjani, and considering his past and present records and responsibilities at that time, we asked him to step in the middle and take action for a peaceful and just end of those events.

He said, "I and Ayatollah Hashemi Shahroudi, the Head of the Judiciary, Mr. Larijani, Mohsen Rezaei and some other officials of the country at that time, we suggested to Mr. Mir Mousavi that he give a speech on IRIB and ask them to return to their homes and stop pursuing their demands in connection with the events that took place, and all those responsible for this issue and Mr. Mousavi accepted as well.

However, the only person who, given the authority he had in the Secretariat of the National Security Council and considered himself worthy of the support of the country's top officials, was Mr. Jalili, who opposed this issue and stated that Mir Hossein had no choice but to repent and declare his mistake.

After that meeting, with the help of intermediaries, I asked Ayatollah Hashemi Shahroudi, Mr. Larijani, and Mr. Mohsen Rezaei, who also confirmed this and stated that the only obstacle to that speech and the conclusion of the speech was Mr. Saeed Jalili himself, which Mr. Larijani recently exposed and published in the press after about 15 years.

Now, in light of the above issue and the statements of the late Mr. Hamedani, the commander of the Revolutionary Guards in Tehran at the time, and the video broadcast by Mr. Ahmadinejad about the use of thugs by the security forces in connection with the events of 2009, people should judge who the seditionists were and who they had inflicted on the country and the people, and who had inflicted all the damages, losses, and calamities on the country and the people. A current that has usurped the titles of revolutionism has brought the country and the people to this dark day!!?
