The text of the hijab bill has been published/ how much is the fine for veiling violations?

The bill to protect the culture of chastity and hijab, which was sent to the government at the suggestion of the judiciary, was presented to the speaker of the parliament after it was approved by the government. According to this bill, police officers, who are considered as judicial officers, are obliged to warn people who discover hijab in public or public places or cyberspace once using new technologies and systems such as SMS.
If the hijab is discovered again, the second time the violator will be fined one-sixth of the maximum 8th grade fine and the third time will be fined by the police equal to one-third of the 8th grade maximum fine. If this is repeated again, in addition to a fine equal to half of the 8th-grade fine, the perpetrator will be brought to the judicial authority and sentenced to the 7th-grade fine.

In case of the nakedness of a part of the body or wearing thin or tight clothes in public or in public places or cyberspace, the first time the perpetrator will be fined equivalent to a maximum fine of 7th degree. In case of repetition, in addition to repeating the fine, the perpetrator will be referred to the judicial authority and will be sentenced to the maximum fine and deprivation of social rights of the 6th degree.

Persons who are completely naked in public or in public places or cyberspace or appear with a cover that is considered to be complete nudity are sentenced to the maximum or a fine and deprivation of social rights of the 6th degree.

If the offender does not pay the fine within one month, in addition to the doubling of the fine, this issue will be reported to the Central Bank so that the amount of the fine can be collected from the bank account of the offender. If it is not possible to collect the fine, that person will be denied all banking services until the fine is paid.

The maximum fine for grade 8 is one million tomans, the maximum fine of grade 7 is two million tomans, and the maximum fine for grade 6 is eight million tomans.
