It would be better for Sheikh Hamid to ask another question: Does the current First Deputy have a license (confidential or non-confidential) from Ayatollah Khamenei as the Imam of the Ummah and the absolute guardian of the jurisprudence, the subject of Article 57 of the Constitution?
If he did not have it (and this is proven against him), immediately report him and his boss to the prosecutor on charges of illegal possession.
