Why did Ayatollah Khamenei dismiss his representative?

In a previous note, I asked Mr. Sheikh Ali Akbari, the head of the Policy Council of Friday Prayer Leaders, Sheikh Abbas Razai, the Special Prosecutor for the Clergy in Tehran, and Sheikh Alireza A'rafi, the head of the Center for Seminaries, about the proceedings that led to the resignation of the former Friday Prayer Leader of Qazvin and its acceptance, as well as the Qazvin Seminary and all its affiliated institutions and companies. It seems that it was deemed appropriate not to respond, and I fully understand the sensitivity of the matter.

Now, it would be good to unveil another layer.

On February 8, 2024, the Policy Council of Friday Prayer Leaders filed a complaint with the Special Prosecutor for the Clergy in Tehran, claiming that the management of the Qazvin Seminary had seized the assets of this council and requested the seizure of all assets and the transfer of funds.

According to the amended regulations of the Special Prosecutor's Office and Courts for the Clergy, the crimes and violations of Friday Prayer Leaders are handled in the Special Prosecutor's Office and Courts for the Clergy in Tehran.

It should be noted that prior to the legal action, preliminary proceedings and non-judicial measures had also been taken.

On the same date (February 8, 2024), due to the importance of the matter and with the knowledge of Sheikh Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei, the appointed Special Prosecutor for the Clergy, the deputy of the Special Prosecutor for the Clergy in Tehran, initial judicial orders were issued to the Organization for Registration of Deeds and Properties and the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic to prevent the transfer of movable and immovable assets of the Qazvin Seminary and its numerous companies in all banking and registration systems of the country. This order was executed in the shortest possible time.

Now, the question arises:

What actions had taken place in the Qazvin Seminary that Ayatollah Khamenei, being informed of the prepared proceedings, dismissed his representative in this province and the Friday Prayer Leader? Moreover, he did not stop there and instructed the Policy Council of Friday Prayer Leaders to pursue special legal action?

Since the publication of the details of this case may further harm the investigation process, I will refrain from discussing it further for now. This amount has been published due to the lack of response to the previous note.
