Saddam Hussein's Acceptance of the Algiers Accord; A Shift in Regional Equations

Saddam Hussein, the President of Iraq, once again accepted the Algiers Accord by sending a letter to the then President of Iran.

This letter, on the eve of the end of the war, was a sign of changing regional equations and Iraq's acceptance of new realities.
