The reaction of the President of the European Parliament to the banning of Mahsa Amini's family: the truth cannot be hidden

On Friday, Iran prevented Mehsa Amini's family from traveling to France to attend the Sakharov Human Rights Prize awarding ceremony at the European Parliament.

In response to this news, Roberta Metsula, the President of the European Parliament, announced: "I ask the Iranian regime to withdraw the travel ban order of Mahsa Amini's mother, father and brother.  Their place is next Tuesday at the European Parliament in Strasbourg to receive the Sakharov Prize, which is awarded to brave Iranian women.  The truth cannot be hidden."/Euronews
