The appointment of Major General Mohsen Rezaei as the representative of the third Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic in the Supreme National Security Council.

Despite all the denials and, of course, serious obstacles, an agreement was finally reached, and Major General Mohsen Rezaei, in his first step, was appointed as the Leader's representative in the Supreme National Security Council, so that in the next step, he would be appointed by the President as the secretary of this council.

Pay attention to the text of the third Supreme Leader's decree to Brother Mohsen; he has thanked Mohammad Baqer Zolghadr for his efforts, but without mentioning whether Sardar Zolghadr was his representative or merely the secretary of the council!
