And people called advisers or heads of the office give orders and forbid them on executive grounds, or executive officials give copies or reports to the office of representatives, which is against the law and causes them to be discounted by administrative and executive authorities.
Consider this one example:
A company (without commenting for or against this letter and judging its merit or lack of merit) refers to Masoumeh Pashaei Bahram, a revolutionary representative of Marand and Jolfa city and a member of the Parliament's Industries and Mines Commission, and appeals for the review and assistance of his request.
The representative of the revolution refers the company's petition letter to Khorsandian (CEO) of Sanat and Mine Bank and asks the CEO of the bank, the highest executive officer of the relevant bank, to report the result (to his office) and not to him.
Is this type of writing accidental? Definitely not.
