Delegations from Iran and the European Union are scheduled to meet in Geneva on Friday to resume nuclear talks after a two-year hiatus.
Iran's chief nuclear negotiator, Majid Takht Ravanchi, will lead the Iranian team. The United States, Russia and China will not attend the meeting.
