A practical proposal to complete the agreement

Now that Masoud Khan, the doctors of Kharash, has completely passed the bridge and neither he nor his family members and other relatives no longer need his supporters during the propaganda season to seek help from them day and night, it is strongly suggested to him to increase the degree of harmony and affection among the appointed persons and institutions and to declare complete acquittal towards the outcasts of the authoritarians, in addition to the immediate appointment of the remaining persons that the people voted for him in the hope of their liberation, as well as the use of more weak, neutral or troublesome people, in the issued rulings, following the texts highlighted with the red line, the following phrases should be added; "... and expressing full devotion to the Honorable Guardian Council and declaring chakra and loyalty to Qalibaf, Honorable Speaker of the Parliament, Arif, Powerful First Vice President of the Presidency, Educated and Clean Deputy Secretary of the President's Majlis Affairs, and Ghaimpanah, Experienced Executive Vice President of the President." 

Of course, to increase the effectiveness of the alliance, other people can be added to the sentences issued!
