Abdul Karim Hosseinzadeh, Vice President for Rural Development, wrote in Iran newspaper:

In the history of politics, there are moments when governments stand between the two paths of expediency and truth;  On one side is the short-term peace of concealment and on the other is the restlessness of honesty.

Most governments choose the former;  Few but the latter and they are the ones who change the course of history.

A part of those who are afraid to tell the truth today are the same ones who once shouted "people are not mahrams" in the case of the JCPOA and to emphasize the disclosure of the security aspects of the negotiations.

At that time, they considered it the right of the people to know, and today they consider it expedient to remain silent regarding the issues that involve the daily life of the society.  This is an obvious contradiction.  As if knowing is a virtue as long as it serves political competition, not serving society.
