Hemmati's claims regarding the interference of representatives in appointments and dismissals led to accusations against the parliament and caused the image of the parliament as a serving institution to be undermined.Today, the members of parliament prepared and signed a legal complaint against Mr. Hemmati and referred it to the public and revolutionary prosecutor of Tehran for investigation.The prosecutor should not allow a minister who has been unable to gain renewed confidence from the parliament due to inefficiency to make such remarks undermining the parliament's position after four months.
