Urgent request from Mr. Mohseni Ejei

Honorable Head of the Judiciary, Mr. Mohseni Ejei
Greetings,

I had intended to send this letter to you privately, but for fear that it would not reach you, I decided to address you in this way.

The story is related to a 4-year-old girl who does not understand the importance of the issue until someone is intimately acquainted with her.

I have said before that prison does not kill anyone, but it can kill a little girl completely. I am referring to Majid Tavakoli's little girl, whose story I have already described, but apparently no one understands the depth of this issue or it seems to her that a child should suffer from permanent mental and physical seizures.

Majid Tavakoli, despite enduring 8 years in prison from the age of 20, was arrested at his home during the 2022 unrest. At first, they said his detention was "pre-emptive," but he was eventually sentenced to six years in prison on charges of propaganda and collusion, five of which were enforceable.

After the sentence was implemented, he requested reinstatement to the Court. It was accepted, and the branch headed by the late Mr. Razini reversed the verdict and, with detailed arguments, found the charge of collusion unjustified. The case was sent to Branch 54 of the Court of Appeals, but the said branch ignored the Court's decision. The request for reinstatement was again made, and this time, the same Branch 39 of the Court, headed by Mr. Razini, again insisted on its previous ruling and asked for a stay of the verdict and a retrial. During the retrial, Mr. Tavakoli was temporarily released from prison and eventually sentenced to two years in prison, one of which he served.

Now, despite the request for conditional release, the Sentence Execution Prosecutor's Office has summoned him for the remaining one year.
At the Prosecutor's Office, his lawyer was told that Mr. Tavakoli had spoken against them, while he had remained completely silent after his temporary release.

The problem, however, is not to endure a one-year prison sentence. The problem is a little girl who is not willing to be separated from her father even for a moment. This child does not only become impatient in the separation of his father, but he also throws himself on the ground from the intensity of crying and lamentation and suffers from a level of seizure so that he cannot be calmed down in any way. The pain of this issue.
