According to documented statistics, the 13th government took over the power industry with 0.5 terawatt hours of blackouts, and with a seven-fold increase, i.e., more than 3.5 terawatt hours, it delivered blackout hours to the government of Dr. Pezeshkian.
The imbalance of electricity received about 6,000 megawatts from the Rouhani administration and with 21,000 megawatts of imbalance, it was handed over to the government of Dr. Pezeshian.
Unfortunately, the late Raisi was lied to, and he also believed that the blackout was decreasing. One of his own ministers told me that in a meeting, they told the industrialists, "We have achieved a stable supply of electricity, and I was very surprised, and after the meeting, I asked them to correct this sentence, as if in response, Mr. Raisi said, "Does that mean that Mehrabian lied?!" 
It is not bad to review in order to enlighten our thoughts, because Dr. Pezeshkian's honesty and decency do not allow him to tell the truths of the previous government. But it is also not logical to let the perpetrators of the status quo become creditors!
Please note:

The previous government handed over the electricity industry to Dr. Pezeshkian while it implemented about 1% of the 10,000 megawatts of renewable power plants!
In the thermal sector, out of 35,000 megawatts, less than 4,000 megawatts, i.e. about 10%, were implemented, of which more than 6% was done by the Ministry of Industry, and not by the Ministry of Energy!
But in the last days, Moharraeian reported 10,000 megawatts to the supervisory agencies and asked me not to deal with this issue, but I refused.
Unfortunately, we have a problem with the issue of mazout 3, the first is the issue of the effects of waste that we have to burn it, the second is that it is extremely polluting, and the third is that it severely reduces the useful life of power plants!
In the last months of the previous government, gas was deliberately not consumed, the reason for the livestock was blackouts for the next government, the electricity industry was handed over to the current government in a situation where firstly, they had reduced the water level behind the dams (they did not have to, they could consume gas) and secondly, with the consumption of mazout and diesel in the last days, they increased the volume of liquid fuel tanks to about 35%, which was very unprecedented. The former minister had said in a speech to this effect, "We will see the government of physicians trapped in the cold winter...
The South Pars Pressure Enhancement Project had been stopped and we went from 1.1 billion cubic meters to 850 million cubic meters of daily production, and according to the need for peak gas consumption on cold days, about 300 million cubic meters, i.e. 30% of the gas imbalance, if we could be an exporter of gas, but with anti-development and anti-JCPOA hype, we withdrew Total from South Pars and moved our $20 billion project to Qatar Win.

With the continuation of the current situation, the electricity network will collapse and this is a serious security risk, in 1420, we will have more than 1 billion cubic meters of imbalance gas and our gas production will be 550 billion cubic meters. Today's war is an energy war, not a missile war. These are the harmful effects of the sanctions that we imagined to be a piece of paper.
Sanctions and conflicts of interest are the two main reasons for today's hardliners, the hardliners have darkened the future and are now protesting the blackout.
Now we claim that Putin is our commercial and political partner, if he is, why did we not provide the diplomatic and technical infrastructure for the import of surplus gas?
The main solution is to leave the government out of ownership and to hand over the ownership of energy to producers, in order to make investment attractive.
Now, solar panels have been reduced to $200,000 per megawatt, and if thermal power plants are about four times this, we should move in that direction in practice, and of course, we should pay attention to the combined development of the network.
The second necessity is to concentrate power plants on the shores of the Persian Gulf, not hydropower plants, which also consume significant water, and by concentrating production in the south and the exchange corridor, we can reduce the cost of electricity production for the investor.
Industries must move towards optimization and put an end to the dream of cheap rentier energy, it is not possible for a steel producer to tie the profits of the end of his production line to cheap energy and energy is 2% of his production cost, sell his product at the free exchange rate in various ways that he knows, and use this side of electricity almost free of charge and the same demands are not collected.
There are some industries and they import the most low-quality and sometimes even scrap production lines into the country at the price of scrap iron, the efficiency of 10% is pain, pain.
Despite these circumstances, there are 65 percent of the electricity industry's demands from industries, which the law does not allow to be easily collected.
Law, industry, politics, and the media all have their feet on the throat of the electricity industry, and I really miss the electricity industry.
