According to Article 176 of the Constitution, the Supreme National Security Council has two sub-councils: the Security Council and the Defense Council.
If since 1368 and after the dissolution of the former Supreme Defense Council, this sub-council has not been formed with an independent identity like the Security Council, issue an order for the formation of this council and the establishment and operation of its secretariat.
