فشارهای عجیب و غریبی پس از اطلاع از بازداشت محسن مینا، به بازپرس رسیدگی کننده وارد میشود

Strange pressures are being placed on the investigating investigator after learning of Mohsen Mina's arrest.

On October 12, Mohsen Mina, an investigator who has been suspended from serving in the Tehran Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office, will appear at Branch 5 of the Government Personnel Prosecutor's Office and be informed of the charges in the indictment. After a temporary detention order is issued and the approval of the head of the Government Personnel Prosecutor's Office, he will be introduced to the Greater Tehran Prison at 3:30 PM on the same day.

After learning of Mohsen Mina's arrest, strange pressures are being exerted on the investigating investigator (which I do not wish to go into details about at this time) to send the indictment file to the appropriate court as quickly as possible to hear the objection to the temporary detention order.

Given the circumstances, it was inevitable that out of the many volumes of charges, only the final volume of the case was sent to the court by special courier and the case was referred with unexpected speed to Branch 1057 of Tehran Criminal Court 2, which deals with crimes committed by government employees. On October 12, the president of the court immediately revoked the temporary detention order and returned the case to the prosecutor's office by special courier. After setting bail and depositing it, the defendant was released at 2:30 PM that same day!

I hope that all defendants in the Tehran Provincial Court and all courts across the country will be provided with such an opportunity, and that those arrested and protesting their arrest warrants will be released in less than 24 hours.

Now the questions that arise are:

1- In the case of other individuals, if a temporary detention order is issued, is this speed seen in handling the objection to the temporary detention order?

2- Are such special and extraordinary arrangements applied to other judicial employees who are prosecuted for any reason?

3- If the judges, whose names I will not name at this time, who were detained for a long time while their charges were being investigated, were informed about the handling of Mr. Mohsen Mina's case and his release, how would they evaluate the judiciary's double standards in dealing with corruption?

4- With an emphasis on respecting the defense rights of Mr. Mohsen Mina and any other accused, and welcoming any response that the media or the judiciary have to include in their records, what is the main reason for some gentlemen's fear of a comprehensive investigation into Mohsen Mina's criminal case and his arrest?
