Mirsalim: Zakani has endangered the security of the leadership and the decision-making centers of the system by issuing a permit for the construction of more than 6 stories in the center of Tehran.

Mostafa Mir Salim, a member of the Expediency Council and advisor to the Office of the Leader, claimed in a letter addressed to Farzaneh Sadegh Malavijerd, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development and the head of the Supreme Council of Urbanism and Architecture of Iran:

The security risks of a resolution by the committee of Article 5, which targets the heart of the system, and called for addressing the actions of Alireza Zakani, the mayor of Tehran.

According to the report from Didban Iran; based on what Mir-Salim wrote in his letter: It is planned that instead of 4 floors in these areas, which have high security sensitivity like the Leader's residence, permission for construction up to 6 floors has been granted.
