Mr. Mousavi said that after the referendum, the Constituent Assembly should be formed in a "free and fair election" and its approval should be voted on.

A part of the text of this message, which was published by the Kalameh website, is as follows:

Mirhossein Mousavi's invitation to the new constitution "to save Iran"

"Implementation of the Constitution without compromise", as a slogan that was hoped for thirteen years ago, is no longer working.

Iran and Iranians are in need and ready for a fundamental transformation, whose main lines are drawn by the clean movement "Women, Life, Freedom". These three words are the bright seeds of the future; A future full of oppression, poverty, humiliation and discrimination. These are three words that carry with them a history of struggle, thinking, struggle and desire; And among them, "woman" is the most promising, because among us, prosperity and public good cannot be achieved, and great social struggles cannot be won except with the presence of women and men together. And no fight can be won with this condition.

People are the source of authority. Authority is not in weapons and oppression, but in the company of the nation, the same nation that if its eyes are focused and interested in a new order, the previous structure will collapse whether it wants to or not.

The same right that was the foundation of the people's Revolution in 1979 and the current constitution is certain for the next generations. So if the decision of the predecessors led to blind spots in the life of the society, or was a tool of abuse by the power seekers, they can make fundamental revisions to overcome the crises and open the path towards freedom, justice, democracy, and development. and to maintain public security and prevent violence, demand a change in the existing order or the formulation of a fundamentally new covenant; A charter that is drafted by elected representatives of the people, of any ethnicity and with any political and ideological orientation, and is approved by the nation in a free referendum.

Resolving the ambiguities of this proposal requires reflection and cooperation; To save Iran, that mother from whom a child named Shadi was lost, with bright eyes, with a long hair above Arzoo. Anyone who has an address of him, let us know. This is our sign: Persian Gulf on one side, Caspian on the other.
