When problems arose for the situation of the fronts in 1987 and it was felt that they had been betrayed and some commanders or soldiers had problems, it was decided that delegations from the judicial organization would be sent to the fronts.

His Excellency Mr. Razini, as the head of the judicial organization at that time, issued two orders; One for me as the prosecutor of the southern war zones and one for Mr. Mostafa Pourmohammadi for the western war zones. Our judge at that time was Mr. Alireza Sadr Hosseini; who is now a member of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and one of the elders of Qom Seminary.

It was decided that we should closely examine the situation on the fronts, and if we feel that people are betraying and conspiring, or unexpected issues arise that may affect the Revolutionary Guards, Basij, and the principle of the country's military system, right there. Deal with these issues immediately.

In about a year that we were in these war zones, we faced many issues. To some extent, we felt that betrayals were taking place, and there were problems that we had to coordinate with the information of the IRGC and the Ministry of Intelligence, and the Director General of Khuzestan Intelligence at the time regularly reported to us the information of betrayals by people in the war zones, and if it was clear to us, It happened that people should be arrested, they were arrested. Maybe it didn't take more than a month from the moment the report reached us to the moment the case was completed and went to court.

In the southern region of the courts, there were no field courts to quickly execute people as soon as someone committed a violation or a problem arose; Rather, the military court was administratively burdensome by removing regulations. This means that the process of interrogation, issuance of indictment, and court verdict was completed and implemented in two days.

This means that the arrest warrant was issued in the morning, as soon as the accused arrived, the interrogation started and the indictment was issued by night, and the next day the court was convened and the verdict was issued. This issue was related to the time of war and operations, and such a situation lasted for two months, and after those operations in which we were present, the process of dealing with war violations returned to normal.

For example, some people were from the Basij, or they were soldiers and had fled for any reason, or the command had ordered them to retreat. We had to check all this. It is possible that the commander gave the order to retreat deliberately without having any reason to retreat. It was natural for us to deal with him; Keep him in prison and later he will be sentenced. But in the southern part, where we were, to be fair, except for a few cases, such as the explosion on the Dezful railway and the destruction of some ammunition warehouses in Ahvaz, Shush, Andimeshk, and the like...

Hazrat Khamenei called me three months after we settled in the region and asked me a few questions, how long have you been there and what are you doing? They asked us not to act so harshly that our commanders would be killed.

They said: I heard that you went there and imprisoned and wanted to execute; Everyone is scared and panicked.

I said: If they don't fear, the situation on the fronts will collapse.

He said: If they are afraid like this, the forces will be weakened and everything will fall apart again.

The existence of these two teams that went to the west and south had such an effect that the war commanders went to serve the Supreme Leader. At that time, he was the president and Imam's representative in the Supreme Defense Council.

They asked us for an explanation and then gave us advice and told us that: Anyway, the work of the front is difficult and our military problems are very complicated today. Our war support is faced with problems that people cannot afford to live in. Therefore, you must see and deal with the problem by seeing all aspects.

We were there for about a year and Alhamdulillah the situation got much better and later we handed over all the files to Mr. Kamkar and returned.
