Larijani: My suggestion in the JCPOA was that to resolve differences, one representative from Iran, one from the P5+1, and one mutually agreed individual would make decisions; some friends in Iran did not accept this.
I think snapback was not a good mechanism; first, the US and then Europeans violated it, and now they accuse Iran of violations!
