One law and a thousand challenges. Does the Leader of the Islamic Republic agree with the new law, at least from a jurisprudential perspective, or will he amend it by announcing it or making some hints?

The High Council of Supervision of Implementation of the General Policies of the System (Elected by Ayatollah Khamenei in accordance with Article 2 of the Constitution) has not been opposed to the law on "Intensifying the Intestation of Spy and Cooperation with the Zionist regime and hostile states against national security and interests."

In particular, the confiscation of the property referred to in Article 2 is that without referring to the origin and communication of the espionage or otherwise, without the exception of the Shari'a debt, or other materials that any dedication can be included in this container.

Now the question is:
 
Does the Shari'a and Jurisprudence or the Imamate of the Ummah and the Supreme Leader subject to Article 5 of the Constitution for the implementation of this law and the arrests and issuance of a widespread judicial judgments of this law, or will Ayatollah's other jurisprudential views, including the apostasy, which prevented the law from being executed?
