Seyyed Mohammad Khatami: The government should reconsider its red lines/This does not in any way mean surrendering to foreign aggression

  Seyyed Mohammad Khatami in a meeting with members of the General Assembly of the Reform Front of Iran:

I still believe that the only and cheapest possible way in the current situation is for the government to change its approach and even revise its red lines if the principle of the system and the interests of the nation and the country are harmed, and of course this does not mean surrendering to foreign aggrandizement.

It is not possible to ignore the historical facts and global conditions and think that a tyrannical society which is exposed to all kinds of foreign conspiracies and conspiracies in the present world will enjoy democracy simply.  Therefore, we should learn from the experience of other countries such as Japan, South Korea and even China.

Today, the difficulty of making a living has made life difficult for the overwhelming majority of the people, he said: Of course, this problem will not be solved overnight, but sometimes some small steps can be the basis for more fundamental measures and show that the government respects the people and has turned to them.

Like the Internet and the problem of filtering, which many jobs depend on now.  Since the president has already promised to solve it, it is expected that he will make haste and effort in implementing his promise.
