Instead of this volume of attacks, couldn't it be — if someone is informed — that that institute and its head and other members have committed crimes?

 

Instead of this volume of attacks, wouldn't it be better if, in case someone is aware that the institute, its head, and other members have committed and are committing crimes, they formally file a complaint as a citizen with the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Tehran, or even submit a written but documented report to the prosecutor according to Clause (Th) of Article 64 or Article 65 of the Code of Criminal Procedure — and of course, also inform the public of the outcome of their official action?
