Is a judicial case being opened for the incident involving the president and his companions, and are investigations being conducted under the supervision of the prosecutor and the appropriate investigator, or not?
And if not, why exactly?
If the matter is considered confidential for the system, it should be handled in the Tehran Military Prosecutor's Office, or if it is entirely classified, it should be addressed under the direct supervision of the special prosecutor appointed for religious authorities, in accordance with clause D of Article 13 of the regulations for the Prosecutor's Office and Special Courts for Clergy.
