It's worse than poison!

I was going through memories and past events. The day when they were waiting for God's revelation came to me. In a conversation I had with Mr. Haj Ahmad Agha Montazeri during the siege of Ayatollah, I asked about the mood of the day when, following Ayatollah Montazeri's critical speech, in November 76, his office, hosseiniya and home were attacked by government and military institutions and Ansar Hezbollah. 

Ahmed Montazeri of the presence of Sardar Karimi, the former commander of the Qom Revolutionary Guard, said that they came to the back of their father's room with a number of others. They said to their father, "There may be intruders coming into the house and injuring or even killing you, and we have no ability to prevent it." Ayatollah Montazeri says to the soldiers: "You who claim to have stood in front of Saddam for 8 years, how can you not resist the attackers?! If you have a duty, do it, otherwise if they are going to kill me, it is better for me to be killed in this room." 

Ahmed Montazeri continued: "When they came out of the room, I locked the door of the room. Moments passed when Sardar Karimi's wireless voice came out saying from above: You have to take him, drag him out of the house, even tie him up with a rope and..." 

After this incident and in the years of the imprisonment of the late Ayatollah Montazeri, in a meeting in which several scholars, journalists and writers, including the late Abayi Khorasani, Seyed Mohammad Ali Ayazi, Mashallah Shamsalvazin, Akbar Ganji, Mohsen Armin, Mohammad Hassan Mohadi Savji, Ali Hekmati, Imad al-Din Baqi, Hamidreza Jalaipour and Alireza Alawitbar had with Ayatollah Mousavi Ardebili in Qom, he had said: "It is not necessary to announce what we have done on the loudspeaker; That day they planned to kill Mr. Montazeri and I called Tehran and threatened that if you insist on this decision, you should know that Mr. Montazeri is not alone. And in the end they gave up on that decision. " 

First of all, remember this song: 
This time is worse than poison. 
It's time to give thanks.
