یادداشت مهم محمدعلی ابطحی - فاجعه‌ای دیگر در تصمیمات دولت انقلابی

Pay attention to this post:
Today, it was in the news that the judicial authority issued a certificate of ownership of the islands of Tunb, Kochak, and Abu Musa.

It was very strange news for me because I have been negotiating with the UAE for years to resolve the misunderstanding regarding the Abu Musa issue.

These islands, which are part of Iran's territory, are under Iran's control, and always in response to the UAE's claims in all governments, Iran's decisive response has been that it does not negotiate with others in territorial disputes.

What is the legal meaning of issuing a document for what is Iranian soil? What is the difference there with Bandar Abbas and other cities in Iran?
For those places, if the title deed is not issued, it is not the land of Iran?

This work can not open the case of discussion about the land? And will it be an excuse for the UAE to call the world for help and bring the discussion about our land to the discussion in this situation of all-round support from most of the world?

My point is why the document about these three islands? Doesn't it confirm that there is a dispute? We don't have a dispute with anyone over the land of Iran.
Isn't this treacherous?

In addition, when a document is issued to own part of the land, it weakens the sovereignty. People can own land everywhere, but their sovereignty is with someone else.
I did not find anyone from the decision-makers to ask.
