This conviction has no connection to the case of the murder of "Kian Pir Folak."
That case is being addressed separately in the Criminal Court of Khuzestan Province and in another matter within the Judicial Organization of the Armed Forces of Khuzestan. The esteemed family of Pir Folak has stated that they do not have a complaint against "Mojahed Korkor."
It remains to be seen what the Supreme Court will decide regarding this conviction in the retrial stage.
