Granting permission to hold assemblies is a restriction of freedom

The principle is based on freedoms, and in exercising freedoms it is based on the government not interfering in issuing permits. Therefore, in the field of liberties, government interventions are quite exceptional interventions. 

Any restrictions and restrictions on liberties are a violation of liberties. 

It is as if a group infiltrated the Islamic Republic that does not accept the constitution and even the Islamic Republic itself, but became among the rulers of the Islamic Republic and gradually restricts the rights and freedoms of citizens.
