Exclusive / A Shocking and Regrettable Account in the Case of Reza Sagafi, the Former Director General of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Gilan Province

In the aftermath of the release of the video of Reza Sagafi, the former Director General of Culture and Islamic Guidance in Gilan, without defending the individuals involved or the actions in the video, I have made vague references to the behind-the-scenes aspects of the incident in various tweets and notes, or in response to tweets by active individuals in this social media network, on Abdi Media.

I have received more detailed documents regarding protective, intelligence, and judicial actions, with a special directive from Mohseni Ejei, the head of the Judiciary, to deal with a dangerous and deep-rooted gang in Gilan Province. After thorough verification, I confirmed the authenticity of these documents.

Due to the extraordinary importance and ethical considerations, and to prevent potential future consequences, I am currently reluctant to release all the documents publicly.

However, after reviewing the mentioned documents, a major question has arisen for me:

Why shouldn't the judiciary and the intelligence and security agencies at least publicly inform the general public about their actions to prevent such protective, intelligence, and security crimes from recurring?

Shouldn't there be an effort to eradicate such behaviors at a systemic level within institutions and among specific individuals?

My mind is overwhelmed by the behind-the-scenes accounts.
