Mohammad Sarafraz, former head of the IRIB: Filtering should be removed all at once, not step by step

In contrast to the step-by-step plan to remove filtering, I believe that the filtering of social networks and online stores such as Google Play should be removed at once so that people no longer pay for filter-breakers and filter-breakers are not valuable. The policy of blocking has had the opposite effect.
Since the formation of the current government, only two meetings of the Supreme Council of Cyberspace have been held. In the second meeting, the Ministry of Communications' plan to remove filtering was presented in a step-by-step and conditional manner. Of course, this plan was not officially presented to the members of the meeting.
It was decided that this plan would be reviewed in a special commission and its result would be presented to the Supreme Council, but no other meeting of the Supreme Council has been held to date and the members have not commented on it, so the votes of the members of the meeting are not clear.
Of course, in the previous meeting, a number of members presented a two-pronged plan for lawful governance in cyberspace, but its urgency was not approved.
