After yesterday’s agreement between the Islamic Republic and the International Atomic Energy Agency, signed by Seyed Abbas Araghchi and Emmanuel Grossi

Now we must see what Dr. Saeed Farhadnia, the investigator of Branch One of the Prosecutor’s Office for International Affairs, will do regarding the complaint filed by a journalist residing in Iran against Grossi.

Will he temporarily hold it, applying various extensions, or will a non-prosecution order be issued and approved by the prosecutor?

And if a non-prosecution order is issued, what will the competent court do if the complainant objects?

Of course, the future of this complaint is entirely clear.
