Seyyed Mohammad Ali Ayazi, a Quran researcher, jurisprudent, and assistant professor at the Faculty of Law, Theology, and Political Science, stated: "Muharaba (war against God) pertains to warfare, intimidation, and corruption against people, not to peaceful public protests caused by incompetence and poverty."

The hadith of the Prophet says to exercise caution regarding bloodshed, not to take the side of power. Some scholars, instead of supporting the people and critiquing issues like inflation and unemployment, advocate for violence.

A member of the Society of Researchers and Teachers of Qom Seminary told Jamaran News: Those who have legal and jurisprudential knowledge and do not take a stand due to lack of independence and orders, prioritize caution in matters of blood and private affairs.

A truly independent cleric, who is not compromised or defending injustice, would advise the judiciary to avoid violence, adhering to the principle of caution in matters of blood and private affairs.

Instead of supporting the people and addressing issues like inflation and unemployment, some scholars advocate for violence, justifying it by the concept of "deterrence in society," which is a weak argument and an evident deviation from jurisprudence and justice./Jamaran
