By Zafarqandi's ruling, Ali Jafarian, Khosro Sadegh Nit and Abbas Mirshkari were appointed as members of the Supreme Appeal Board in the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education.
The Supreme Board of Appeals in the Ministry of Health is responsible for handling the appeals of stakeholders regarding specialized, scientific, educational and research matters, the votes and final decisions of the Boards of Trustees, Auditors, Disciplinary Boards, and Student Disciplinary Boards, as well as the votes and decisions made regarding retirement, promotion, Exams, academic evaluation and admission, student scholarships and study opportunities, and supervision of proceedings in the said boards and committees.
