Jamila Kadivar: If we had formed a fact-finding committee with the presence of independent figures, the Westerners would not have created such a committee for us.

Referring to the formation of the truth-seeking committee by the Westerners, Jamila Kadivar wrote in the newspaper:

It is the first time that we have seen the selection of an international fact-finding committee to investigate human rights violations in Iran.

Perhaps, if since the beginning of the events of the last hundred days, the wise forces of the system and the upper institutions of the government would have tried to form a national committee with the presence of reasonable and independent figures and employees, and this committee would have presented its report far from common expediency measures. The amount of internal protests and the loss of life and money would be reduced, and the field of foreign exploitation would not be created.
